Car rental- Terms and Conditions :

It is to drive on Crete.We can delivery the car at Heraklio airport,Heraklio city and at your hotel in Hersonisso,Kato Gouves,Analipsi,Stalida,Gournes.To rent a vehicle from OKay rent a car on Crete you should before  read carefully the following:

Driver’s Age : Driver should be of minimum age of 21 years old for A – C categories and 23 years old for the rest categories.
Driving license : Drivers on Crete must have a valid license held for at least one year. An International Driving License is required in Greece by Greek Law for all renters that are not citizens of the European Community or who do not have a European Drivers permission. Driving License in characters not readable in English or Greek must be accompanied by an International Driving License.
Methods of Payment : All rentals can be paid with cash or credit cards upon arrival. Deposit will be deducted from the total amount. All major credit cards are accepted (Master, Visa, Amex).
Minimum Rental Period : 1 day (24 hours).
Insurance : Prices include the below mentioned Insurance coverages:
a. In Case of Death or injury of thirds or vehicle passengers except the driver, up to 1.000.000€ per person.
b. In Case of third persons’ property damages (except Okay vehicles) up to 1.000.000€.
c. In Case of Convertible cars, there is no coverage for Car roofs.

Full Damage Waiver-Insurance against All Risks (FDW) – Included
Customer is fully relieved from the responsibility for any damage. The vehicles are subject to liability and fully comprehensive automobile and property damage insurance.

Special Full Damage Waiver–Extra Insurance for 100% coverage (SFDW).
Optional insurance which covers damages caused to the underside of the cars, glass, fire, repairable tires and engine damages. Can be purchased with an extra cost of 5€ per rental day.
PLEASE NOTE: For negligent or drunk driving, driving under influence of drugs or on unauthorized roads, non-asphalt roads, driving to prohibited areas/countries, obvious acts of disregards to the vehicle, the renter will be responsible for the full amount of charges.
